Christmas Terms and Conditions
For Christmas Group Bookings in the restaurant
All bookings are pencilled in as provisional until we receive full payment of the deposit.
In order to confirm your booking, HANBAO requires £10.00 deposit per guest for all parties. The deposit will be redeemed against your final bill.
We need the deposit to be paid within 14 days of making the booking. This is only so that we may offer the table to another party if you decide you can no longer make it.
How to pay your deposit:
Deposits must be paid in one transaction
By cash, in person to a manager or the Christmas Coordinator. To avoid waiting to speak to a manager please avoid our peak times when it can get very busy. (12pm-3pm & 7pm-9pm).
By credit or debit card, in person only.
Sorry, we cannot accept cheques, or payments after the date of your booking.
Please settle all of your bills on or before the date of your booking.
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as you can so we are able to make room for other guests.
If you cancel your booking and are able to give more than 14 days notice your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your booking and are not able to give more than 14 days notice your deposit will be retained in full.
*please note this also applies if you want to reschedule your booking to another date (after the 24th December).
Please inform us of any changes in numbers of your party (regardless of how small), so we can fit you all in.
In the event that the confirmed numbers in your party reduce by 10% or more without at least 48 hrs notice, HANBAO reserves the right to forfeit all deposits above the 10% reduction.

If your booking is confirmed for 20 but only 18 people turn up then your deposit would be redeemed.
However, if your booking is confirmed for 20 but only 15 turn up then you with forfeit the deposit for 3 people.
Our Christmas Menu has been designed for pre-order only.
Pre-orders must be received 2 weeks before your booking.
You have up to 48 hours from your booking to make amendments to your pre-orders.
HANBAO reserves the right to retain deposit monies should there be any damage caused to fixtures of fittings by any member of the party.
HANBAO accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any items left in our premises. All items are left entirely at the owners risk.
A discretionary 10% service charge will be applied to all tables, all of which goes to staff.
