The following represents an agreement between (the "Restaurant") and you and outlines specific conditions relating to your booking (the "Agreement").

In consideration for the Restaurant making a booking on your behalf, you are required to provide it with credit or debit card details to secure all parties. No additional money will be charged onto your card other than the £10 booking deposit.

If the Restaurant is unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement for any reason beyond the Restaurant’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: fire; flood or other emergency conditions; or the carrying out of necessary and essential repairs to the Restaurant (or any delay to the completion of such repairs), the Restaurant shall have no liability to you of any kind in respect of such non-performance.

Cancellations (including partial cancellations) must be confirmed and received by the Restaurant no later than 12.00pm (mid-day), 24 hours’ prior to your reservation date.

In the event that the reservation is not honoured in whole by you or is cancelled with less than the required notice period, the Restaurant may, at its discretion, charge £10 per booking (5+ guests) to the credit or debit card that you have provided to secure your reservation.

As a business our continued viability relies on bookings being honoured by our customers, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations.

Accordingly, the following applies:

1. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for bookings of 5+ guests that is cancelled without prior notice.

2. For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking.

3. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £10 for bookings of 5+ guests cancelled within this 24 hour notice period.

4. The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by HANBAO, in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.
